Our collection of your personal information

You can access and review your personal information in the My Account section of the Website. If your personal information changes in any way or is incorrectly presented on the Website you should immediately update or correct your personal information (as Websitelicable) by accessing the My Account section on the Website or, alternatively, by contacting our user support team. The "User Support" link at the bottom of each Website webpage contains our user support email and phone details by your usage to this App you explicitly guarantee and acknowledge the validity and accuracy of all information you have provided on the App, noting that entering any data or info by yourself will be totally your sole liability and there are not any legal, physical, or moral liabilities on 4SWAPP for e-trading, and 4SWAPP for e-trading shall be discharged from any liability in this regard, for example, the electronic acceptance and admission in both Privacy Policy and terms of use that your age range is 18+, but if after that 4SWAPP discovered that your age is less than 18+, there will not be any legal, physical, and moral liabilities on 4SWAPP, and 4SWAPP has the full right to freeze your account or suspend it permanently according to 4SWAPP risk parameters.

Please note that we shall retain your personal information during and following the end of your use of the Website as required to comply with the law, for technical troubleshooting requirements, to prevent fraud, to assist in any legal investigations, and to take any other actions otherwise permitted by law.

We automatically scan and may manually filter messages to check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content.

Protecting your personal information

By providing us with personal information, you consent to the transfer of your personal information inside and outside of Egypt. We take every precaution to safeguard all your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
All personal information is encrypted. However, the Internet is not a secure medium and we cannot guarantee the privacy of your personal information.
You must enter your username and password each time you want to access your account or make transactions on the Website. We would encourage you to regularly change your password to prevent any breach of the confidential data available on the account.
Choose your password carefully using unique numbers, letters and special characters.
Never share your username and password with anyone.
If you are concerned that your username or password has been compromised, please contact our user support team immediately and ensure you change your password by logging onto the My Account section of the Website.

Request for Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your accounts and data at any time you want.The deletion action steps that will be taken are with your full responsibility. You should follow these steps for Account and data deletion:
Deletion requests can be submitted via email on support@4sw.app. or via WhatsApp on 01098684444 or simply by going to the delete account option in the settings, which will require you to enter your password and an OTP with caution that the deletion action will be permanent. There will be a list of options regarding the reasons of deletion, which will be optional:
1. I already have another username.
2. I got abused by other users.
3. The platform didn’t include the services I am looking for.
4. I prefer another platform other than 4SWAPP.
5. I just want to try the platform for once and I don’t think that I will use it in the future again.
6. I am facing blocking issues and fatal errors that discourage me from using the platform.
7. Other reasons (will be added by the customer manually).
4SWAPP might communicate with you via the medium that you chose to take the deletion action, such as email, WhatsApp, phone call, or the platform based on the confirmation of the selected option by you.
After the deletion action, the account and its data will be permanently deleted without the ability to undo the action, unless the cancellation of deleting action is requested within 24 hours as a notice period.
In case you want to rejoin 4SWAPP, you will need to register again from scratch, hence 4SWAPP is not responsible for any deleted favorite features taken previously from the deleted account.
