Your ad is reviewed and approved according to 4Swapp guidelines and policies, where the ad is rejected for the following reasons: 1- The price is not real or does not match the product 2- Images are not clear or do not match the written description 3- Duplicate ad more than once 4- The ad contains inappropriate images or words5- Incorrect phone number 6- Recently sold product
Request a return after purchasing a product
The 4Swapp platform provides a free exchange and shopping environment between users, which entails that the items subject to exchange are thoroughly checked before exchange as described in the safety rules on the site.We have no role in the return process between the two parties.
How can I request to delete my account?
You have the right to request the deletion of your accounts and data at any time you want.The deletion action steps that will be taken are with your full responsibility.
